Every teacher focused on differentiated spelling has had the experience of searching for words that fit the specific lesson and grade level.
This frequently requires you to search through Google, Teachers Pay Teachers, ChatGPT, or your specific spelling system’s texts. Often at night or on the weekend, when you have limited time.
And, worse, once you’ve found the list of words you want to use to reinforce the lesson, you then have to spend time formatting them into worksheets.
Who has time for that?

Each category has a number of lists of words. For example, Closed Syllables 1 has over 30 lists, like this:
When you choose a list, you can review the words before adding them to your list:
Tap on “Yes, add them” and your words are added to your list!
These spelling word lists are researched-backed, and are aligned with Words Their Way (WTW), Orton-Gillingham’s word list strategies, and UFLI (University of Florida Literacy Institute).
